Mr. Venkatesh Krishnamoorti
Managing Director
A Chartered Accountant with over 28 years of experience in NBFC and Treasury, Banking functions, Venkatesh was with Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company Limited for over 16 years. His various roles included Treasurer, Credit head – Capital Markets lending, Head of Operations – Stock brokerage business, Interim head – Cholamandalam AMC, Business Head – Retail Capital Market finance. He played a critical role in enabling manifold growth in Managed Assets. He has been with Cognizant Technology Solutions inc, USA for over 12 years as Assistant Treasurer, overseeing Cash Management, Foreign Exchange, Risk Management, Investment management.
Mr. Vijayan Rajasekar
COO
Mr. Vijayan is a BE, MBA with more than 17 years' experience in Investment Banking, Cash Management; Payments, M&A Treasury Integration, FX Middle Office and Debt Management. Senior treasury executive with specialization in Treasury Operations, Cash Management and Global Corporate payments. Over 16 years of experience in building cash management function and FX Settlements, Vijayan has demonstrated his ability to direct strong teams in achieving results with highest level of integrity, ethics and compliance.
Mr. Raghunand Arcot

Mr. Raghu is M.Sc in Information Technology, PGXPM in Business Administration and Management with over 20+ years of experience in various gamut of Information Technology and has functional knowledge in Airline Pricing, Payments and Healthcare. He specializes in the areas of Big data stack, Analytics & Infrastructure. He has worked in leadership roles in FlyNava Technologies, PayPal, Covansys. Overall, he is extremely passionate about technologies & it's possibilities, problem solving and loves sports & music.
Mr. Krishnan
Finance & Strategy
Krishnan is a CFA & a CA with over 15 years of experience working in Indian & Global multinational companies. He has extensive experience working across corporate treasuries, business finance,M&A and pricing teams. In his previous role, he headed the global FX & Risk management vertical at Cognizant. He is passionate about open banking & innovative fintech models and is an active angel investor, supporting emerging ventures .
